Kochere, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia from 24grad Kaffeerösterei, Hannover

Easy goin’ natural with honey and blueberries, herbs, hop and a strong character. Not so balanced, not over the top complexe and delicate. But rock solid. And also makes a good Japanese styled iced coffee.

Da Lat, Vietnam from 24grad Kaffeerösterei, Hannover

This bag has been a real bargain. But a great cup. Caramel sweetness, pears with a harmonic structure and hints of citric fruits and just a tiny nougat nose. Has been a pleasure on the V60 but also really well with more extraction on my Cafflano and the AeroPress.

Yellow Bourbon, Brazil from from 24grad Kaffeerösterei, Hannover

Simple, mild, unobtrusive, smooth coffee. Pretty plain, basic, balanced taste, soft mouthfeel and just a hint of lemony acidity. Very crowdpleasing, lowcost office coffee.

Nano Chala, Ethiopia from CafféCouture, Vienna 

Such a nice fresh, harmonic cup. So pleasent and sweet. Complex, yet easygoing mouth full of black current, herbs, hazelnut and hop. Gets so much fruityer when cooling down. Nice.  PS: no cactus close by.
