Such a harmonic cup. Light, lime acidity with just a sparkle of almond and dark chocolate. Pretty fine in milk based beverages, too.

 La flor del cafe, Cajamarca, Peru from Ernst Kaffeeröster, Cologne 

Kinder chocolate bars melting on my tongue. Some caramel dipped Oreos and a sprinkle of lime. Yummy and smooth. Heart warming, like a lovely summer day.

Mbrizi, Sehe, Burundi from Bonanza Coffee Roasters, Berlin

Very herbal. Very rough. Very interesting. Somehow challenging. Wasn’t allways easy to really brew it on point. If done so: a lot of cherry jam with the herbs, some rose and plum. And a lot of fun.

Kochere PB+, Ethiopia from Langøra Kaffebrenneri, Stjørdal

Apricot juice blended with a spicy almondy sweetness and a full body. Very pleasent and very gentle and pretty subtle for a natural. Great cup.

Toarco A, Indonesia, Man versus Machine, Munich

The Bocasso from MVSM hasn’t really convinced us. It was a little dull. This Toarco A is a powerbank. Plum, apricot, marzipan. And full frontal awesomeness. Tender touch and finish. Both as filter and espresso a really charming coffee.

Is there a little curry in my nose? Taste is rather subtle. A little mango, some herbal flavors. Has definetly lost a lot aroma during just three weeks. Or maybe I just had stronger memories from first opening it. … Thanx, Eve for this coffee.
