Comsa Bio, Honduras from Nord Coast Coffee Roastery, Hamburg

„Beware, it’s a rather traditional darker roast.“ I’ve been warned and bought regardless. For sure it is rather nutty, chocolatey experience (think Manner wafers) but pretty fine. Some very light clove notes, a full round body and a pleasent finish. It’s far away from being burned but however a little to dark for what I like in a coffee. Served it to a few very pleased folks though. And will shop that gorgeous Limoncillo or the smooth Kenyan when I’m in Hamburg’s scenic Deichstraße at Nord Coast next time.
