It’s good to have a natural again. And such a great one! Yes, it got some sour doughy fermentation notes, yes it is rougher, it surely doesn’t give you the cleanest and crispest cup. But. Hell yeah, it’s good. The description “Apple Cidre, Vanilla, Honeymelon” is pretty accurate, also the Cidre is very dominant and vanilla is rather a small sprinkle.
