Kagumoini, Kenya from Tim Wendelboe, Oslo

I was tired and clumsyly opening the bag, when that scent hit me in the face and I was like wooohooooooo!. Just like opening your car door besides a cattle farm. Strong earthy, lightly moldy but not unspleasently herbal and sweet smells just fired up from that beans. Getting it in the cup just made a big difference, since it was astonishing balanced and fruity. Lots of peaches, some bitter-ish cassis and maybe a hint of blackberries and a strong overlaying bergamotte taste. … Good coffee for tea lovers and coffee lovers who don’t mind some tea adventure in their cups.
