Very herbal. Very rough. Very interesting. Somehow challenging. Wasn’t allways easy to really brew it on point. If done so: a lot of cherry jam with the herbs, some rose and plum. And a lot of fun.

Is there a little curry in my nose? Taste is rather subtle. A little mango, some herbal flavors. Has definetly lost a lot aroma during just three weeks. Or maybe I just had stronger memories from first opening it. … Thanx, Eve for this coffee.

Sasaba, Ethiopia from Bonanza Coffee Roasters, Berlin 

Blueberry flavored fruit bomb. Little fermentation notes, kinda liquorice, anise hints. Mouthful, fat body. Massive on AeroPress and Cafflano, still pretty powerful — and much more balanced — on V60.

That’s some deep stuff. Fills you the smallest cup with great juicy tenderness and heart warming, mouth stroking goodness.
